Emilia A. Muller-Flynn,
DDS, MS, CNS, LDN

Emilia A. Muller-Flynn was born and raised in Brazil. She graduated with her Doctor of Dental Science (DDS) from the Lutheran University of Brazil in 1994; she practiced dentistry for four years before moving to the United States.
Emilia has always been intrigued by the influence that food has on our health. Her quest for knowledge increased even more during her mother's cancer treatment and led her to pursue a Master of Science in Nutrition and Integrative Health. She graduated from Maryland University of Integrative Health program in 2014 and has been practicing nutrition ever since. Her focus is Functional Nutrition (Mind, Body and Spirit) providing personalized plans that help to restore health and well-being. She looks at a patient as a whole, taking in consideration their
medical history, family history, diet, lifestyle and current imbalances to provide their individual plan. Treatment would include dietary changes, supplement recommendations, stress relief techniques and exercise.
Common health issues that Emilia treats include: Metabolic Syndrome, Dyslipidemia, Diabetes, Gastrointestinal problems, Reflux, Gastritis, Food Allergies/Sensitivities, GERD, Hormonal Disorders i.e. Thyroid, PMS, Menopause, PCOS, Anxiety, Depression and more. Emilia has access to ordering blood work and specialized testing if needed.
Emilia is a Board Certified Nutrition Specialist (CNS) and a member of the Maryland State Board of Dietetic Practice (LDN). Her passions include helping others, traveling, hiking, cooking, walking, yoga and spending time with family and friends.

Tracy Pritchard was born and raised in Buffalo, New York. She graduated with a B.A. in Political Science and French from the University of Rochester in 1996. Upon graduation she was commissioned in the United States Marine Corp and served almost a decade as a Logistics Officer. Tracy always loved reading about health and nutrition. Her work as a nutritionist was born out of love for food and science, and wanting to understand health at a deeper level.
She graduated summa cum laude from the University of Bridgeport in 2017 with a Master of Science in Human Nutrition. She is passionate about helping others find healing through nutrition and an overall healthy lifestyle. She focusing on a balanced approach and works with her clients to create an individualized plan that is specific to their needs. She focuses on a "good, better, best" treatment plan to help clients make lasting changes. Her integrative and functional background focuses on food, movement, sleep, and stress to unlock the body's potential to heal. By using a combination of medical history, detailed metabolic assessment, lab work, and symptoms she is able to develop a comprehensive plan for each client. Tracy has given numerous seminars to a variety for groups including retreats for Veterans with PTSD, school running clubs, corporate wellness, and scout troops. Tracy is a Board Certified Nutrition Specialist (CNS) and a member of the Maryland Board of Dietetic Practice (LDN).
She is a wife and mother of three children and enjoys running, cooking, and boating.
